emule download finished but file corrupted

I got Emule plus and ive downloaded Halo bin and cue for the pc. I try burning them with Nero and it gives these errors:
Cannot open the file C: ..... halo... .bin
The i press OK and a new error message pops up:
An error occurred while loading the cue sheet file 'C: ........ halo.... .cue (line1).

so my question is that could downloading a file harm it in anyway so it doesnt work when its finished downloading (emule does say its done and i get the cue an bin file in the right directory)? its happened with a file along time ago too, but i have had many successful downloads so it isnt like its happening frequently. Is it happening to just me? Or am i doing something wrong while downloading them ...
is there anything i could do instead of downlaoding the whole file again wich is just a pain in the bum with emules?

Ok, this is a non piracy forum so please keep whatever you are downloading to yourself, in other words, honour your own privacy :-)

Anyways, change the extension .cue to .txt and oepn in notepad. Make sure that the file specified on Line 1 is the exact filename of the bin file, then save and change back to .cue

That should sort it out.. good luck :-)

Thnx :D that did sort it out but i got another question, its about about kazaa. When i dowload a song, usually the ones with alot of users go all weird. They start after like half way through making freaky loud noises (like on old tv's when there wasnt a channel tuned in). It doesnt happen with all the music files. Ive tried installin kazaa and upgrading it but none work.
Can u help with that?
