K-Probe is a tool for Lite-On DVD & CD burners that will let you compare burns from one disk to another. It takes about 15 minutes to run with a DVD and considerately less with a CD. The output is in a graph form. It is real good to compare different brands with. I guess it may work on other brands than Lite-On, but with varying degrees of success. You can do a Yahoo or Google search for it. It can be gotten through dvdrhelp.com, but its a lot eadier to go through Google or Yahoo and be sent directly there. This is a freeware program.

For the person who recommende the canon i865 earlier in this thread, many thanx just got mine today very very quick direct to cd dvd print (ritek Printable) all this and only £149.00 from staples ink is fairly reasonable as well

ive removed all my dvd's cd labels off. like many people in this thread have said, it does effect playback therefore i started to identify my dvd's cds with a regular felt tip sharpie. plus, if anyone lives in miami florida. BJs(a wholesale store) sells 30 blank dvd cases, with 30 white papers for dvd jackets all for $14.95, cant beat the price. thats why i stopped putting labels on my cd dvds. i identify them now by the cases. plus it looks so much cool!
