DVD Shrink Problem

I used DVDfab firts and thne tried to use DVD Shrink to shrink the DVD but everytime i hit the backup button DVD shrink freezes up and then shuts itslef down. any help would be appreciated

Which version of DVDFab HD Decrypter are you using?
What is the name of the title your are backing up?

I am using DVDFab 4.0.1.6 beta, and the title is blades of glory

You could try the uninstall/re-install procedure.

Your DVDFab is dated, get 4.0.2.0 from here and try again.

Blades of Glory is old news and there should be no problems with an updated ripper. If you still have problems it could be a bad disc.

Earlier versions had no problem with BOG.
