Hi,
I've been using DVD Shrink and DVD decrypter for over a year until recently when DVD Shrink started having problem saying that it has (Encountered an error,Failed to rear file D,Data error). I was told to try ANY DVD. it was working fine during the first 21 days trial period until it had expired and I immediately started having the same problem again like before after I had paid Slysoft for the program. I was told to use DVD Clone with ANY DVD instead of DVD Shirnk. Is this some kind of scam from Slysoft to get you to purchase more or am I just doing something wrong?

Dvd shrink and Anydvd are my main combo,but I autoburn with nero6.There should be no reason to purchase anything else.

Did you update anydvd? The current version I am aware of is 6.3.0.3
Make sure you have the latest update.

Entire disc or main movie only?

Anydvd doesn't have to be running all the time. Some people have issues with it when the encryption can easily be handled by dvd shrink alone. I leave anydvd disabled most of the time,until dvd shrink runs into encryption issues. Simply rightclick the fox icon in lower utility try to disable or enable it.

Some titles,entire disc may be an issue. I prefer main movie only,plus I cut out the extra beginning and ending credit BS.

Every once in a blue moon,dvd shrink and anydvd can't handle a disc. Then usually nero recode2 and anydvd rips right through it.
