What movie was it?
You could try and use Winrar to unpack the img file...then use FixVts...or,
I just say forget DVD Dcrypter(once a King, but its glory is gone). Get one of the best decrypters out there, DVDFab HD Decrypter, which by the way is still free, and re-rip the movie.
Piss me off, and I Will ignore You!

Alas sad but true. But take the rest of Cypressrom's sagely advice!
