Hi, i just bought gh3, for ps3. after like 1 month without playing gh3, the guitar doesnt seem to turn on. at one stage it kept flashing red when i pressed the ps button, but still doesnt work.

i got batteries in it, but i dont know if it ran out. i tested the batteries on the tv control, and it works fine..

plz give me some tips and hints, thxx afterdawn...

Well, plug in the wireless receiver into a USB port, then turn on the PS3. When a red light starts flashing on the reciever, press the PS button on the guitar, NOT the SIXAXIS.

It could also be that the Batteries have enough juice left to power the TV remote but not the Guitar. Try replacing the batteries.

He's right. TV remotes use a low amount of power and batteries might work in the remote but will not work anywhere else.

ohk ppl, i replaced the batteries with brand new energizer batteries. after i put in the batteries, it still keeps on flashin red. it doesnt even connect with the ps3.

btw, what is a wireless reciever?

plz tell me asap,

Check the box your game came in their should be a triangular receiver which connects to a usb port on the front of the ps3.

Hold onto the ps button on the guitar for a few seconds, after the batterys run out it has to re-register.
