IT IS TAKING ME SOME TIMES UP TO 5 HOURS TO BRUN ONE MOVIE

YEAH your probably in PIO mode get your drive/s back in DMA mode, you can do that in device manager then uninstall the IDE controllers reboot and let windows reinstall or use this guide
