I'm trying to back up one of my dvd's and I get an error that says:
DVD Shrink encountered and error and can not continue
Failed to open file C:(location)
The system cannot find the file specified
Can someone tell me what this means and how to fix it please?

Tried what? DvdFab?
What is the title you're trying to copy?
Did it give an error?
A little more info would be helpful.

I'm new at this DVD copying. I use DVD Shrink, DVDFab, DVDHD Fab Decrypter. But still sometimes I have movies (310 to Yuma, Rendition) that won't copy. What else is out there to use?

As long as DvdFab Hd Decrypter is updated, neither of those movies should pose a problem.
Edit: Zoso already provided a link that outlines your best options for backing up movies. Read it.
A few tips to help eliminate possible problems.
1. Burn no faster than 8x...or half the speed of you burner.
2. Don't multitask while you burn.
3. There's no excuse for using cheap media. Stick with the good stuff only, Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim.
Good luck and happy burning.
Edit (2) Both those titles have respective threads, using the search bar will reveal them.
