You need to supply more information than that.
What version of DVD Fab are you using?
What movie are you doing?
What was the exact error message?
Are you using XP or Vista?
What program is Shrink calling on to do the burning?
The more information, the better chance of getting help.
99% of all problems are between the computer and the chair.

Did you recently try to upgrade your Nero? I've seen where some people have overlapped thier versions of Nero and it causes subsequent problems.
If that's not the case, you may need to uninstall, do a registry clean, then reinstall Shrink.

Quote: I am using Nero Express v6.3
Looks like you may have a stripped down version of Nero Ultra and it doesn't have the Burning Rom application needed for autoburning with shrink.
You can (some suggestions):
upgrade Nero
autoburn using DVD decrypter (ISO image files)
manually burn using Imgburn
setup shrink to autoburn using imgburn

I guess what you guys are saying is confussing. Because I have not had a problem with any of the dvd fab, dvd shrink, or the Nero express that I have had until just te other week. I have been burning or backing up movies with out any problems of anykind. But the last time that I hav tried to back up a movie it sayed that the movie encoded just fine but the buring software that I have will not is not the proper buring software. So why has it all ways worked but now it does not.

@ TravisG8,
Make sure Nero is selected as your burning software as illustrated below. If it is already, then my only other suggestion is to uninstall/reinstall Nero to re-establish that link. Also, alternatively, you can chain ImgBurn to DVD Shrink to succeedingly burn your projects after encoding.

you can make a folder then tell shrink where you want the movie to go .. example >> My Documents>then make a folder'DVD shrink'>>now when you clik backup on shrink..choose select backup target>>browse to your folder you made and tell shrink where to store your movie files...if it just makes a VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folder, then make a new folder with the name of the movie you are backing up and move the 2 folders inside the named movie folder...hope i didnt confuse anybody
