Question about changing PS3 internal HDD

I am planning to change my internal 2.5" hdd for my PS3. I want to know the requirement of the hdd, such as the RPM speed.. Any one can give me a suggestion of which hdd I should buy?

According to the link you should stick with a 5400 rpm drive

Now what im trying to find out is if you can use a sata 3 or does it have to be a sata 1.5?

Whats wrong with the harddrive you have now? I have extra 60GB harddrive for ps3 consoles. If your intrested.

you can use anything above 5400rpm and the ps3 takes a normal laptop hdd 2.5" i have wd 320 gb hdd ready for when the ps3 gets ahcked so i can save the games to hdd.
