when you send in your PS3 to sony for repair (mine doesn't read discs) do you just send in the system or do you send everything it came with as well?

I'm pretty sure you need to throw in your Power Cord & PS3 and nothing else.

You call SCEA, and from there you file a warranty claim, they will mail you a box to put your PS3 into and they will E-Mail you instructions on what to put in the box and what to do with the box.

The 40GB never came with a Ethernet so you don't need to put on in.
Whatever you don't give back they just don't replace.
