I've been wondering for the past while how many people have their console situated, and their reasoning behind it.
Personally I keep my PS3 vertically, because it should stay cooler and looks better IMO.
How do you guys have your PS3's?
Vertical: 10

Mines horizontal, it feels "normal" putting discs in like this, it feels weird putting them in sidewards :D My ps2 was horizontal aswell, also I have it right next to my tv on a little table so If I put it vertical I couldnt see some of the tv.
If it was in a different place then id like to try it vertical though :D

Horizontal - Its on the self on the tv stand and would be to long to fit vertically. (however i prefer it horizontally - same reason as above)

Horizontal, because it only fits on my tv unit that way. but would prefer if it were Vertical! looks cooler vertical IMO

Mine is vertical. I don't know, it just looks more awesome that way, IMO. It's right under the 47". :)

I have it vertical, it looks so much cooler that way. I am actually surprised that more people actually have it horizontal.

Same here. I was amazed how much cooler the system stays after standing it up. With the way my setup is it looks right.

horizontal here, I don't like it vertical, seems to overwhelm everything else on my rack.

Vertical, that way it has vents at the top and heat rises, so therefore it should stay cooler? just a thought.

Mines is Vertical...
But I can understand why more people would keep it horizontal...
And plus keeping it horizontal would probably keep more dust outta the top...

I know what you mean, When my 2 year old niece comes over, guess what she goes for first? (and of course her fingers have been in her mouth for the last 10 mins) I cringe.

i swap and change depending what mood im in lol, but if i put it vertical i can see my wires and it puts me off so i think i will have to start drilling some holes to hide them lol. does look better vertical though.
Ps3 60gb > 200gb > 320gb > 1.55 > 1.81 > 1.82 > 1.90 > 1.92 > 1.93 > 2.00 > 2.10 >2.20
