the old dvd srink let me transfer to hard drive and now it wont. what's up or am I missing something. Please help I'm confused

Newer DVDs have newer protection. Try using DVDFab HD Decrypter.

thanks, I have a decrypter. However these are tv.movies and shrink puts it in the folder. But when i go to playback,nothing happens

sorry, also this newer version of the shrink just wants to burn dvds and not save the project on the hard drive

When you click on BACKUP, you have the option to save to a folder just like it has always been.
Edit:
Just want to add that there is no newer version. It's the same version for years.

sorry to be so stupid about this,tried it and it only comes up with temp file then i go through the process then it comes up insert blank disc and gives me no other option. I'm truely at a loss. I'm headed for kuwait and i'm limited on space. I have 10 made for tv movies and series i would really like to have.Any more advice would be appreciated

When you click on Backup, you will see Select backup target. Choose Hard Disk Folder. Then below that it will say Select Target folder for DVD output files. Then click on Browse and either choose a folder or make a new folder.
