Been using DVD Shrink for a while and was working great. Something happened and now when I Open a DVD it's fine, but as soon as I click on "back up" the computer just hangs there until I power off. I have removed the program and reloaded numerous times...nothing! Any ideas?

I have AnyDVD (I bought this awhile ago) running in the background and am working on DVDs that I already burned successfully once. Appreciate any other ideas?? Again, DVDShrink works great until I get to "back up" then the system just hangs there forever. I also tried the Cleanup freeware to get the old fragmented junk off my computer and DVDshrink still hangs there at "back up"!

Shrink hangs on all your discs, or just one?
If just one disc, then maybe a bad disc. If on all your discs, maybe a new drive is in order.
