dvd shrink won't start

hi guys...i know this has prob been talked about b4 but ever since i upgraded to vista my dvd shrink won't start. i have uninstalled downloaded new one re installed scanned everything and when i go to start the pc flashes its little red light at me and.......nothing!! pls help?

Right click the dvd shrink icon and set it to run its compatibility (in properties) with XP and it should work

yeah i did all of those things you mentionbut it still didn't work. same goes for dvdclone, however dvdfab worked brilliantly. thanks anyways guys!!!
