I am wanting to edit some DVDs that I have recorded from TV in Premier Pro and Encore (inserting chapters and menus) between programs. In other words, I need to get the content of the DVD into my computer so that I can work with it in Adobe applications. Is Shrink the right thing to use for this? OR is there something better. (Forgive me if this is a stupid question), but I am fairly new to copy and shrink programs. Thanks!!! Lisa
The DVDs are all finalized. I have already run Shrink on one of the DVDs, and I was thinking that somehow this should work, but I'm sort of stuck...don't know what to do next. If there's not a simple answer, are there any tutorials on Shrink? Thanks SO much!!
I've read the tutorial. It's great.. but I'm still lost. I guess what I am needing to do with the DVD, is to somehow convert the files to .avi in order to be able to work with them in Adobe applications. I can see the details of the files that Shrink offers, but how to convert all that to .avi, I haven't a clue. I was hoping there was going to be an easy solution, other than recording to my digital camera and then importing the footage into the computer. Time consuming job!!! Any additional insight (if any) would be greatly appreciated... I am not wanting to take this route!!! :(
