I used nero 6 ultra with dvd shrink and it worked fine but my new computer has vista so I have to upgrade but dont want to pay the extra money for the ultra version will nero 8 essentials work with dvd shrink and will it eject the disk once back-up is complete and automaticly start burning once I replace with dvd+r or do I have to so something to make that happen thanks dfg307

what do you mean free to boot is that just for the autorun or do I not have to buy nero 8 all together and if i have to buy the nero 8 for vista will the essentials edition work or do I have to buy the ultra

1) this special version of dvd shrink is free
2) imgburn is free
3) by usung dvd shrink and imgburn together you can compress your video file to dvd-5 size and burn to a disc. Imgburn IMHO is the best burning out there.
4) the output of this spcial version of shrink is coupled to use imgburn as it's burning enging.
5) OK ?
6) and no, you do not need Nero at all in this method

yes nero 8 will work with dvd shrink but you can autoburn. you will need to create a imgine to the HDD then burn.

you can autoburn with imgburn though you will need this
