dvd shrink program download

being a very new newbee to this i have downloaded my dvd shrink program and it has gone to my documents folder, it is shown there as a zip file how do i get my icon set up for dvd shrink as i am not very familiar with these zip files , normally when you set up a program icon appears on screen, dvd shrink seems to be different like there is a step i am missing before i can use the program.

new help like step by step as a very new, newbee.

That is the link i downloaded it from. It sits in my documents folder as a zip file and i am not sure how to set it up from that to show on my screen as an icon and from that to use program.
