Okay, so I spent 2 1/2 hours editing the movie "Frequency" for use in my buddy's classroom (they're doing a science fiction unit, and the movie's great save for some profanity). I got it all done, and told it to "backup" to my hard drive. I walked away for a few minutes... and came back to the dreaded BSOD. I restarted the machine (the dump said it had to do with the raspptp.sys driver - whatever, not related to my question).
My question is: I cannot find any way to make DVD Shrink "save" a work in progress - I was getting nervous the longer I worked on this that something like what did happen would. Is there any way to save the preliminary files you're working on, without having to do the entire "backup" routine?
Cool! I'll give it a shot. I don't suppose there's some kind of temp folder those files might still be lurking in somewhere? I just can't deal with the fact I lost all that work...
Any idea where I might look? At this point, I'm figuring I have to re-do the whole project, but, still, if there's a chance those files are there somewhere...
