I recently upgraded from XP to Vista. My new machine is running a fresh install of Vista with all software re-installed.
I had no problems using DVD Shrink, DVD Decryptor, and RipIt4Me on my XP machine. I am now running Vista Ultimate SP1, DVD Shrink 3.2.0.15, DVD Decryptor 3.5.4.0, Nero 8.2.8.0 (I have no issues with Nero 8 autoburning)
At first glance everything runs fine. DVDs made with DVD Shrink seem to play fine in any computer (XP or Vista), however they will not play in any DVD (or HD DVD) player.
Using DVD Decryptor with DVD Shrink yields the same result.
I've tried both removing and leaving the region encoding.
Using DVD Shrink to copy a DVD that I made using TMPeng DVD Author (movies from vacation) also yields the same result.
Any help on how to fix this problem is greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the original post. After reading the Forums more thoroughly, this is a problem with the Nero autoburning.
I routed the DVD Shrink output to a folder and then manually launched Nero Express and burned the content to a DVD Video.
That worked.
