dvd shrink problem

Hi is there an order when you install shrink, clone2 and any dvd, I have purchased the last 2 and did a recovery and installed shrink last and now backing up is not working. It is on DMA so that is not the problem, would be grateful for any help.

the screen disappears and 30 secs later appears but it says it will take 24 hours to encode. I have tried uninstalling it to no avail. But what I was wondering does it make any difference if clone and anydvd were installed first? should I uninstall them?

no it shouldn't matter.

if you have clonedvd + anydvd you really don't need dvd shrink

sounds like you have confliting software problems

thats what i was thinking, never used clone to shrink it i use it to burn, is it simple? I only have 1 dvd drive not 2.
