When I copy a DVD, there is a pop up screen show the folowing message as follows:

QUOTE

DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue

Failed to read file "E:\"

The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

UNQUOTE

You're trying to open a disc that Shrink cannot handle. There are programs that can handle this.
DVDFab HD Decrypter (freeware)
AnyDVD (not freeware) but has a 21 day trial.
