This is my log. not sure what is happening. I was trying to burn an
old Jimmy Stewart movie. There shouldn't have been an issue.
I was burning at 8X too.

try ripping the movie with dvdfab hd decrypter you can downnload it at dvdidle.com then open shrink to create the iso and burn with nero see if that works for ya

Looks like a lot going on here. Try to refrain from mutlitasking while burning.

Usually this is an indication that your burner may not like the media you're using. Try something good, but different or try updating the firmware for your burner.

What else could be using my memory tho. cause I wasn't on the computer at all during this burn.

Many programs and services load at start up such as printers, ant-virus and other security software, along with many windows services all of these use ram & cpu cycles you can try doing your burn after doing a clean boot here is a link on how to perform a clean boot many gamers use this method to increase overall performance and reduce lag time while playing intense games, and I use it for transcoding video files to dvd as this is a very heavy project for any pc to perform here is the link
