Why do you think Shrink messed it up?
You will get some unneeded files if ripped incorrectly.
How did you rip this movie?
Edit:
I just saw your other thread.

Please use the program that 7thsinger suggested.

Well... let me start with, all those vts files are part of the initial file which is part of the whole process with the main file bein video_ts. If you have everything set up correctly shrink will create both audio and video ts files. Now, if you...and this is for everyone...are getting the horrific cyclic redundancy error. Select reauthor, main movie file, reauthor to very begining and then the very end of movie, and then back up. This in most cases will bypass the section that has the cyclic error...which is in some cases created by the manufacture. I have read that it is a ghost image created in the video stream itself, confuses the computer to keep reading over the error and then ultamately the error. Hope this helps. If anyone needs clarifcation...just ask...I will check periodicly. Sorry for the spelling... not my forte

Use dvdfab HD Decrypter, as it's updated to handle current encryption on movies.
Dvd shrink, tho it has a simple ripper, has not been updated in years & can't handle newer encryption.

Do you have only 1 main title?
You can then proceed to burn with ImgBurn. No need to make an ISO file.

In the build mode, just choose the VIDEO_TS folder.
Switch output device to your burner.

That's one of them.
Here's the other I was looking for:
http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/583712#3699425
One title has to be removed. The updated version of DVDFab back then corrected this.
Oh yeah...i thought there was more to it than the one thread. :)
Don't worry 1411...just follow the sagely advice you're being given and you'll get it done.

Wording of your question is a little confusing for me...are you just looking to unzip .tar files?

That's odd considering there are many Linux users.

I used it a little, but not with DVD Shrink...but Imgburn worked well with it and I do believe RipIt4Me worked with WINE, which utilized DVD Shrink so there shouldn't be any problems.
