i have been using DVD shrink for over two years with almost no problem. Recently when trying to make backup copies of movies, it wuld reach the end of the encoding and once you inserted a blank disk, it would say 'Creating Directories' and then would not go any further. Can anyone help me out with this problem. I would appreciate it.

Please post the burn log from the program that's doing the actual burning (Nero, DVD Decrypter or ImgBurn).

As Dialysis stated; a burn log is the best way for us to see what's going on.

If you could post a log we'd be better equipped to help you out.

I'm new at this. Could someone maybe simplify it down for me. Is there a way I can get my burn log up if I don't have the internet at my house. I go to the local libary and use a computer.

Open your log file; copy it and paste it in notepad. Save to flash drive, then copy and paste next time you post.
