dvd shrink i/o error burning The Wiggles

I am in the process of backing up my daughters dvds so as to preserve their life from little sticky fingers!

I am using DVD shrink and burning with Nero 7 Premium on the whole no problems I am trying to back up Dorothy The Dinosaurs Memory Book DVD and it gets to 58% wheh I then get the following message

DVD Srink encountered an error and cannot continue

Failed to read "F:\"

The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error

Can anyone shed some light on this for me, much appreciated Thanks in advance :)

Dvd Shrink is no longer updated and therfore cannot rip all newer movies by itself.

Rip with DvdFab HD Decrypter, then use Shrink as per normal.

P.s. I prefer Imgburn over Nero.

ok well I have just tried to use the dvd fab hd which is on the trial version of dvd fab 5 (froze up saying program not responding) is this the same as the one you are refering to or do you have a link to another dvd fab hd program? Thanks

Same program

Please check your discs for cleanliness and are scratch free. If not clean with eye glass cleaner and a soft cotton cloth or soft kleenax

Wipe from the center out to the edge, not around the disc.
