Hello there,
When I put a DVD into my DVD drive and open up DVD Shrink
it doesn't recognize my Dvd when I hit Open Disc.Ive
tried several different disc's tonight and it acts the same way
with all of them.I also tried DVD Fab Decrypter and its
not recognizing the disc's either. Can anyone help me with
this problem?I usually don't have any problems with these
programs or my DVD drive.
Thank you
Tizz

Does Windows see the discs?
This is not a DVD Shrink problem.
When was the last time you cleaned your laser lens?

I cleaned it today but Im also having another problem
with my CD-Rom drive which will not open.
I opened up device manager and under Universal Serial Bus Controllers
there is a Yellow circle with an ! point inside of it for the USB Mass Storage Device and when I click to open that up it says "This device can't start(Code 10)" so I know this must have something to do with both the issue's im having.I hope someone can tell me what the problem is???

Try putting it on another port.
Try using a different USB cable.
Try putting something else in the port that your DVD-Rom is hooked to.
Try your DVD-Rom on another computer.

Now you have me confused!
You mentioned your DVD-Rom and then you mention your USB.
Does Windows see your drive?
When you put a disc in, does Windows see the disc?

Sorry Lol after you confused me I decided
to take my tower apart and clean the inside with my
vacuum to see if it could be the dust causing the issue.
After I did that, all is well again...Must of just been the dust
inside causing it to not work.It had been awhile since I had
vacuumed the inside. My CD-Rom wouldn't open and its working now
too. Funny how something as dust can cause such problems.
Thanks again most appreciated.

My CD-Rom is still acting up and I have no idea whats wrong with it.
The light on it has been coming on a few times even when there is No Cd inside of it and it won't open when I press the button on the outside of it.After I vacuumed out my CPU yesterday it was working ok but today its back to acting up again.I also have the problem with my Dvd-Rom listed below.
My DVD-Rom thats
inside of my CPU.I thought it was ok because it started working yesterday after I vacuumed out my CPU,but today its not working.I put
a Dvd in it and when I try to open a program such as Dvd-Shrink it says NO Disc when in fact there is a Disc in it. I have no idea what
the problem is.
Can anyone help me with these issues please??Thanks

Does this happen with every disc you put in?
Have you cleaned your laser lens?
Have you tried to view the disc using other programs?
Using My Computer, does Windows see the files on the disc?
How old is this DVD-ROM?
