Can anybody help please, Have been using dvd shrink and dvd 43 for some time very happily. Recently downloaded the new version of dvd shrink and am having problems now. I am able to backup my movied but can only play them on the computer. When I try to play it on my dvd the movie plays but is not in order. i.e. it jumps from chapter to chapter. Mid movie I will get the menu screen. Is it my nero burner, my computer or have all the dvd players in my house gone psyco.

Dvd 43 is not a very good program to use.

Dvd shrink has not been updated (nor will it ever be) in quite a few years.

dvdfab HD decrypter to rip

fixvts to 'tweak' the results

dvd shrink to compress

then burn.

there is no new version of dvd shrink,so

1. don't use dvd43 (use dvdfab decrypter or anydvd)
2. don't autoburn with nero 8 use nero 7 or even better use imgburn(freeware)
3. use good blank media like Taiyo Yuden,Verbatim or Sony burning at 6x to 8x max

Agree with the regulars here.

Dvd Shrink has not been updated, and won't be. Anything claiming to be the New Dvd Shrink is a scam. Period.

Dvd43 can cause conflicts with other programs. And there are better programs available. Those were outlined above.
