DVD Shrink not working on Vista

I have used DVD shrink on XP for several years with no problem. I just purchased a new computer with Vista and for some reason DVD Shrink does its thing but I could only view it on the computer.
If I try viewing it on a dvd player, the movie starts at the end
and jumps around from scene to scene. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your reply. Do I have to run it as administrator?
It doesn't give me the option to click on the box.

Yeah, you have to run as administrator. Thought the link had mentioned that.

right click dvd shrink icon on desktop and select run as admininstrator and select ok (should do the trick)

If it's not allowing you to click on it (grayed out) you're not logged on as administrator.

Try right-clicking on the Dvd Shrink icon; select Properties and the compatibility tab. Run in Compatibility Mode for XP.

I think you still need to logged in as Administrator to do so. Try it and post back please.

I tried changing the compatibility to XP and ran it under administrator, but it still didn't work. I also tried running it
through FixVTS. I can't stand Vista! Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
