Does iMac have any HDMI/DVI inputs to the screen?
If not, then no.

If there's an HDMI to VGA? AV? adapter, then you can use that, as well.

As VGA is not a HD input i would doubt it would be HDCP compliant though, so that may not work.

ibiz, I figured it wasn't HD, but I forgot what the PC video slot was called, anyway, so... yeah. Thanks for correcting me, though. (I feels smarter.)
But vik, if you found it online, then why can't you buy it online? After checking some reviews, of course.

As far as i can see, the EyeTV thing is just a USB TV tuner, like you can get for a PC for around £25. It would not have any input for the PS3 at all.

sorry bout the off topic question, but how is vga not hd? When I plug a vga cable from my pc into my hdtv, i can set the video card to output a 1920 by 1080 signal.

and as for the original topic, if you want to, you can spend the extra money and get one of those fancy boxes that carries a video signal from the original source (your ps3 or any other appliances you want to hook up to it) through your home network to your pc. There are boxes designed for standard definition and high definition. I forget what they're called, but I used to have a standard definition one and it worked pretty good.
