if there is a website that i need to go to, to download a certian thing then just type it in plz
cuz i am clueless on halo 2/xbox modding
but a pro with pc modding and mod making for halo pc/ce

yeah. i just softmodded 2 xboxes and need help.........omg it wont let me get one xbl. i installed everything and its my firts time tryin to get oneline....wtf??

Okay, I really need help, I have Dothalo and all that, just when I try to open up dothalo something comes up say something like "You do not have the granted permission to access this program". Anyways, I tried to use the Microsoft .NET Configuration to change some security policy settings but I still cant open maps. I dont know what I have to change with my security settingd. Someone help me. Thanks.

Ok so If you take a moded map onto xbox live you get banned right? Ok What if your friend brought one on xbox live and u just played the map with him and like 5 other people?

good point i nees sum answers on wat kinda crap i need for putting mods on to me xbox like if i needs a mod chip or iof i need sum kinda program for putting mods onto the xbox...and how do i transfer mods form pc to xbox?
oh and wat is softmodded...and once u tell me wat it is like is it a chip that u put in xbox or wat?
cuz i really wanna mod just tell me the whole instructions on how to do it

alright i just wanted everyone ot know that is talking about copying games to there xbox every one says that you have to use DVD2XBOX or soe other similar program to that it is not true you simply go to a file explorer make a folder in the games folder of the name of the game open that folder then in the other window go to cd hit select all and copy its faster and actually takes less room to do it

i softmodded my xbox and i have an ftp connection between my pc and xbox. I have dvd2xbox and i put halo2 disk in and clicked copy to hdd. It said its too large to copy. If any1 knows how to fix this repost, or im me or send me a fr on xbl

alright if you want to copy the xbox game HALO2 to your xbox 10 to one you are not going to need the campaign so what you need to do is
1. go in to your file explorer (i use unleash so if your dash has no explorer dload one)
2. go to the game directorey and make a folder called H2 or what ever
3. on the right window have this folder open on the right side have the cd open
4 copy the folders and the files to the folder on the hard drive (DO NOT COPY THE MAPS FOLDER OFF THE CD YET)
5 make a fodler in the H2 directory on the xbox that is the same name to maps folder
6 open the new folder on right side of consol it should be empty
using the other screen open the maps folder on the cd
7 this can be a long time to do depends how smart you are
ok wha ya want to do now is if you hit the x button it highlights files highlight everything except the campaign files
(campaign levels are the ones that have stuff as the number of the file followed with B metopolies and shit like that basically if it has the number then small letter and then name of the level do not copy it )
8 after you have everything BUT the campaign file selected go to a highlighted file hit the "START BUTTON" and then go to copy
this part take a while it took my box 20 min to copy so as all tuts say go take a piss eat some food take a nap so on so forth
once you come back it should say progress copy complete take out the disc restart box go to games menu on front screen if halo is there its in the right spot if not your stupid. launch the game from there u can now play multiplayer but not single eerything works but single.
so now its on your box jump for joy and what not then if ya want to mod just use your fav ftp i recomend smartFTP use that to get it off ur box.
the halo 2 game with only multiplayer is on average about 1.6 Gb so have fun every body and do what ya want

oh yeah the reason DVD 2 Xbox does not do it right is that on a soft modded box with out hard drive up grade u only have somthing like 4 gigs to play with halo 2 full is 4 . 8 gigs so thats why that does nto work (its a basic and somewhat shitty program props to the maker but its not very officent)

xyron i have a modded xbox and i have the maps ready to transfer to my computer but then when i say connect to surver it says timed out wat do i do
my aim sn is crashorbyrne and email is removed

I can't fine the new maps (warlock.map ect.) on my computer, so i cant mod them. Its on my xbox, i can play the new maps and i have them, but i cant fine them on my ftp program, were could they be, does anyone know were to fine them? I founf all the other old maps in my halo 2 folder, but not the new ones.
