DVD Shrink won't reauthor

Hi all, I have been using DVD shrink for a long time. My operating system is Vista Ultimate. It has been working great but a couple of days ago it won't allow me to reauthor. When I click that option I get a crash (DVD shrink 3.2 has stopped working...close the program). I can shrink the whole disc but can't get to the main movie menu. I uninstalled and reinstalled it 5 times. I downloaded 3.2 again just in case the exe I had was corrupted. I can't think of any changes made to my system that may have caused this. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the capatability mode tip...but shrink is still not allowing a reauthor...Can't figure this out it was working fine then just stopped. When the message comes up I click on find a solution online and it comes back with there is a new version of Shrink and getting it may help. The new version is one you pay for. I may do that but what if it won't allow reauthor......

Don't Pay For Shrink.

yodan There isint a new version of shrink. Its not even updated anymore. The pay version is probably the same version as the one you have but someone is trying to get money out of you for it.
Beer, the cause of and soloution to all lifes problems,I just cant get enough of that wonderful DUFF

The pay version of Dvd Shrink is an aboslute scam. Avoid it. Dvd Shrink will not be updated, and is always free in it's last version.

Thanks to all for your comments. Interesting that consensus is the pay version is a scam. Anyway, I have been using DVD Fab Decryptor hd 30 day trial and it compresses so I can fit on a DVD. I may buy the Platinum version of that. Whatever I do I can't get shrink to reauthor....

This is just a theory, as my system (XP SP2) suddenly started doing this today as well... but did you install the beta for IE8?

Well?! Which version of Shrink are you using? The "real" free one, or the scam paid one? It would help us help you to know that.
Also, if it is the free version, then that Internet Explorer 8 theory might come into play.

it is IE8 beta
uninstall it and it would work fine.
