To burn to dvd -5 (single layer )
You can
1) use dvd shrink and anydvd together, out put as iso
2) burn with imgburn
or
a) open files backed up on HDD with shrink, create iso
b) burn iso with imgburn

1) you are welcome
2) initialize anydvd (anydvd runs in the background)
then power up shrink and back up. it is that easy. shrink will set, at default the target to 4464 Mb, so the iso/image wil fit on a single layer disc
