Set to auto compression and also tried custom. Nothing will change the ISO file size and DVD Decriptor can't burn it.

Sorry. Please give me 30 min or so to try again and take screen shots as I go.
AnyDVD in the background and rip to hard drive with Shrink set to burn with DVD Decryptor. I start with a 4.596 file size and end up with an ISO of 4.48 GB and get error message from Decryptor that is too large to burn.

Use DVD Rebuilder instead of DVD Shrink . You are at 57% compression now and the result, if you get it reduced, will look like crap with DVD Shrink .
