dvd shrink - clicking on re-author causes it to shutdown

i have tried everything and my dvd shrink is still not working.. it will open a file but when i click on re-author is says that there is a problem and shuts down.. it is doing this to every movie i try to re-author.. does anybody have any ideas???

If you have IE8 installed, remove it and go back to IR7.
