What program are you using to burn thru dvd shrink? May I suggest using imgburn which is one of the best burn programs out there, and it's free too.

Are you talking about burning or ripping? Please explain.

Shrink does not burn.
If this is happening during the encoding process, it could be the files were not ripped properly or maybe you're going straight from the disc and Shrink cannot handle this one.
Try ripping the disc to your HDD first with DVDFab HD Decrypter.
Then process the files with FixVTS.
Then open with DVD Shrink.
What program is doing the actual burning?
If it's Nero, what version are you using?
