I want to rip it to my hard drive and stream it to my PS3. But after you rip it it puts it into VIDEO_TS files. I see the name of the movie when I open it it's all the files not just movie.

Sorry, I'm not comletely clear on the objective...

Are you trying to use your Play Station 3 to project from PC to TV..??
When you say 'all files not just movie' do you mean the trailers, previews and menus..??

Did you rip your DVD using DVD Shrink..?? It allows you to 'Re-Author' your disc...

I tried many things to basically get DVD's to stream to my PS3 from my server. I found DVD Fab5 with the with the 'mobile option' works easiest but will cost you about $70. It will also overcome any DVD encryption that may be on the DVD. There are other cheaper options but this works so easy I feel its worth the money. You can use it for 30 days to try it out with no limits. Use DVD Fab with the DVD to Mobile option and select PS3 to use the automatic profile. You can also use the 'Generic Xvid & MP3' profile for smaller file output using the open source DIVX codec. I prefer this because of the smaller files and I don't mind loosing the 5.1 sound to Stereo MP3. This will run for some time - maybe 5 hours to convert a DVD but will generate the compressed output file which I put on my server in a \video directory. Then I load TVERSITY which is free media streaming software that I find works very well. I load it on my server with all default options, including the codec packs it needs to install to transcode media. Once Tversity is in place I point it to the /video directory and start it up. Finally, make sure your PS3 is online and on the latest system update. I suggest connecting the PS3 via Ethernet cable rather than wireless for hi quality media streaming since I had a lot of trouble with a 50% wireless signal - it was very sluggish to respond to media navigation and sometimes the video would playback would stop and wait while it rebuffered. Anyway go with the wired config if you can. Once online tell your PS3 to scan for media servers. This is under the 'video' menu. It would find your media server out there and you should be able to brown by folders. If not check that your server doesn't have a firewall blocking the transmission. Also check to see if the server can ping the PS3. I know this is a rough outline but try googleing and researaching around Tversity - there are guides out there that can further assist you.
