Quality of Backup on DVD Shrink vs Clone DVD

Hey Afterdawners,

I just wanted feedback on anyone that has used both DVD Shrink and Clone DVD Programs on backing up their movie collection. Anyway, I've used both and after several back ups I noticed that the quality on using DVD Shrink far surpasses Clone DVD. And, I do a straight back up and do not remove the special features like audio, commentary and such. When I use Clone DVD I first use DVD Decrypter and then back it up on Clone. Also, I experimented by using Shrink to rip my movie to my drive (instead of DVD Decrypter) and backed it up using Clone. The result was a horrible back up with pixelated picture and certain scenes were sluggish (choppy).

I'm currently using an old Pioneer DVR 103...I know it's slow but it does the job. Also, I'm using Ritek 1x media. I've had 100% success with no coasters as of yet.
