Strange- half channels lost

I'm on Telewest and have a Digivox XL and found that I have lost approx half of my channels. Done a reflash , factory reset, manual scan etc but no joy.
I know the codes have rolled and mine has auto updated and have quite a few premium channels so am a bit confused.
Has anyone else got this problem and any ideas how to fix please.
I hope the CC have not got a new weapon!

if you have the latest firware(fix) then you shouldnt have a problem...should autoroll....press sys info to see if you have the latest fix dated dec or jan 2008/09

My firmware is dated Nov 30 2008.
Is there a later version available now?

Having same problem looks like box not autorolling
been on ssp1 for last 10 mins and no picture on screen

I'm running that Firmware on Telewest, pretty sure it's the latest version. Have you double checked the keys as far as I'm aware these haven't rolled lately.

mine as dun the same!only lost half of the chs!still waiting to get new codes for my area,all other areas codes updated apart from mine! got no channels at the mo!

Mine has auto rolled but only got 157 channels.
There must be a new weapon available that Virgin are using.

new weapon! this could be a temporary glitch,which should sort itself out by 2mrw latest..it happens every now and then...what area you in?

Just checked, and I have autorolled.
Daft suggestion... Have you tried powering off with switch at the back, leaving off for a minute or so and powering up, and then doing new autoscan. This has worked for me boefore when I've had missing channels.
