I deeply apologize if this has been discussed, I searched and couldnt find it.
while using dvd shrink, and it is analyzing and encoding all I see in the popup is black. I used to see the movie but now it is nothing. I am still able to see the movie on the disk with no known problems.
What can I do to fix this, I have tried re-downloading dvd shrink, and then re-downloading dvd fab, and even re-downloading IMG burn, not knowing if it was linked to the others, but nothing has seemed to work.
I am no pro by no means when it comes to this the only programs I have ever used is DVD fab, dvd shrink, and img burn. I had another program besides img burn but it went out so when I got new computer I had to get img burn.
Check your settings for preview under DVD Shrink preferences (2nd tab). You might need to change the "DivrectX video renderer"
The laptop I'm using now is fine with the "system default", but I remember having to pick a different setting to get the Preview to work on an older computer.
