PS3 Drive gears CLICKING, how to recalibrate?

Yeah so This drive I got is clicking as if the gears are being jumped, I've already opened it so don't say that phrase "call sony"... I've done this recalibrating before, but there was no technique to it other then just pulling the black arms on either side until it starts to work.


What happens is when I put in a disc, it goes in and the plastic things spin the disc a little and it starts going (snap snap snap snap) about to the beat of Satisfaction by Benny Benasi.

So is there a technique to use? I searched to no avail.

I just noticed this account is from when I had a flip top on my ps2. LOL... sounds kinda immature now that i look at it..

I had the same problem with a ps2, I could get it to work temporarily but they clicking always came back.
