EMule upload keeps disconnecting

Hi,

(Searched for keywords "emule upload disconnect router" and couldn't find anything similar)

Background...

I bought a router yesterday (Mr I ADSL/r/g).
Have 2 computers connected to the router, both with static IP addresses (DHCP turned off).

Both computers are running eMule. One has port of 96x2 and the other as 26x2.

NAT has been set up to forward these addresses to the correct computers on the network.

When EMule connects, it connects with a High ID (on both computers).

The problem is...

People uploading from my eMule client seem to be disconnected after about 5 minutes. All at the same time people uploading from me get their "speed" go down to 0.0kbs, and then kicked off.

Does anyone have any wise words to tell me why this might be happening? Now that people are getting kicked off, even with a High ID I am not getting any download traffic (at all!).

My gf has just told me aswell that her eMule has now reported a stolen hash name - and that she has lost all of her downloads. All she has done is leave it downloading. As she been hacked?

Would REALLY appreciate any comments. Thanks.

You should check the limitations of the NAT table in your router. If the limitations of the router are being exceeded by emule, then it would cause somethinng similar to what you are describing. Is browsing the web really really slow when this happens? If it is then that is probably your problem.
