My ps3 has lost all its firmware i mean its blank completly now its asking me to insert storage device so in goes the pen drive with the latest up date but nothing it wont find it what am i ment to do

Go in the recorvery menu. DO that by holding the power button till it beeps three times and shuts off. Then, hold the power button again until you hear a double beep after one beep. Then go to System Update with the pen drive in. ;)

A better thread title would also have been nice. Putting a thread titled PS3 in a PS3 forum is kindda useless.

idk, maybe your hdd is loose, take it out and put it back in making sure it clicks in. then power it and see what happens.
