I recently sent in my PS3 for repair and just received it back today. I tried restoring my old hard drive that was in at the time it died and the PS3 does not detect anything on it so I'm thinking I've lost everything that I ever downloaded and every game I saved.

Here's my dilemna, my account has been activated on 4 other consoles and since I can't restore the data on my hard drive, the 5th account which belongs to me is inaccesible. If I call Sony to deactivate my account on my own unit, will that disable my account across my friend's consoles as well ? In a perfect World, I would like to disable my account on my own unit which I can no longer access on the fried hard drive.

P.S. I did not ship the hard drive with the PS3 when I sent it in for repair. I removed it prior to sending in in hopes that I could restore it.
