AZUREUS Slowdown on new pc why?

I have used Azureus very sucessfully on mt old pc for months now - regularly getting 100-120 download speeds.

However I bought the new Aldi Pc last week and struggle to get over 20 download.

I have 1 meg NTL BB in the uk - any suggestions why its so slow?

Has anybody else with 1 Meg BB Got there settings so i could try them out configuring azureus - last time i just used the default settings and everything was okay.

I am not at all good at changing parameters etc so would welcome any input.

I had a torrent last night and i was the only one downloading from 20 seeds and it was still slow......surely i shoild have been maxing out my download speed?

Hi

DOH I forgot to switch my firewall off......now upto about 60-70 download on a torrent with 25 seeds and 71 peers.

Has anybody got any tips to configure Azureus (in simple terms) to max out my download?
