Lost in DVD Shrink + DVD Decrypter??

First of all I need to thank all of you that actually spent the time on this forums and I do mean EVERYONE coz' it saves me a lot of time when I was stuck and looking for solution.
Not I just have one thing to ask, since from a lot thread I see a lot of suggestion on DVD Decrypter + DVD Shrink is one of the best combo on making copy of DVD movies so that i tried and I found out during the process of Decrypter it does says some of the files are deleted. I wonder will I actually lost anything for the out come, or those are just some useless files?
One other thing I wonder if anyone can help me, is there any other program that I can use for back up DVD movies directly? Meaning I will not have to use my HD space for it?
