I have an irish nokia 3120, it was bought from vodafone,
the serial number is 357966000032202, i've tried unlockign it with codes but hey dont work, and have since been told that i need to use a cable to unlock it, once i have the cable what exactly do i have to do?

Thank you very much!
It worked like a charm! (The first one did the trick.)
I will borrow a Cingular SIM card for a few minutes tonight to verify that it worked, but I
got a message saying that the restriction was removed.

If you see "phone restrictions on", I can't go any further with this phone. Some work and some don't. Blame Nokia if it doesn't work for you.
