Hi all,

I've read the forum messages already, but
couldn't find an answer for my particular
problem.

I use eMule, but always have LowID. There is
ADSL in my apartment building that is wired
directly into each unit. There is no router.
Just the cable from the wall to the usb port
on the computer.

Whenever I try to use eMule, I never can get
more than 2 to 3 kB/s. My firewall is Personal
Firewall from Sygate, and I set it to allow port
4662.

With Kazaa, I have no problems at all. It's
VERY fast. Usually around 60 kB/s to 80 kB/s for
files with multiple users sharing. I just
cannot use Kazaa for everything since the choice
of files is so much smaller than eMule.

I leave eMule on 24 hours/day nearly 7 days a
week. It still takes almost 1 month to get a
single 45 to 50 minute tv show.

Hope everyone can understand my explanation.
