Hi guys, its been a while :-) In relation to the earlier post about the new boxes with the harddrive, the guy I got my replay from is selling them and to cut a long story short I ended up selling my reply and getting one (dreambox), and although the epg etc works on the new box much prefer the replay for ease of use and user friendlyness. So a word of warning, be happy with what you got :-)

a friend of mine who lives in Ratoath, Co. Meath has a replay lite which is not working. It was previously working with 7.50 software and stopped working a few months ago, I cloned it off mine with 7.52 (i'm in D11 on Nthell) and he brought it home but its just coming up on screen with No Signal. any help would be appreciated....

Hi Kim,
You can use the boxes once you have nhell through your cable connection.
They won't work with a Satellite Dish as they are set for cable only.

for what its worth boys and girls just had a fone call from a mate that nthell will tonight between 8 and 9 attempt to send a virus thru the system to corrupt the replays.dont know how accurate this info is but just thought i should pass it on just in case.

so is there any truth to this ntlhell rumour that they will try wipe out the boxes with a virus? judging by the lack of mailing on it I think we are safe?

Hi..I had call from friend this afternoon telling me about proposed NTHELL zapping of Replay boxes 2nite... Don't know how they're gonna do it though... Am gonna keep mine switched off this evening just in case..
