I got 2 DVDs with 6 episods on each.
I tried DVD shrik but the quality wasn't good enough if I have all 6 episods on one dvdr.

I used the re-author selection and only used 3 episods on the DVDr but then the menu disappers.

Is there a way to strip the DVD of 3 episods and still have a menu and sub tiltle.

I tried importing the dvd folder that I made in Shrink to tmpgenc DVD Author but then the sub titles were gone.

"DVDstripper" and/or "Titleset blanker" applications (both free) will help you achieve what you are after. Both are free applications and both are pretty simple to use. In your specific case I would be tempted to use DVDstripper. You will also need to download Ifoedit & DVD decrypter (both are free)

Hope it helps

I liked the DVDStripper! Perfekt for what I wanted to do.

Do you know of any program that kan edit menu buttons so they are disabled? Some buttons that I click on now has no movie to go to so the player just stopps with a black screen.

Good...give stripper a go. But a quick tip, stripper offers you the chance to "strip" out menu items. Tread very very carefully when stripping out these items !!. I tend to leave ALL menu items in for safety reasons.

Stripper can seem a little confusing at first, but like all new apps practise makes perfect.

Yes! It's well worth it to check the results in PowerDVD or WinDVD to make sure everything is correct. I like to find any boo boos I've made before I burn!

Take a look at this link, it's a DVDstripper FAQ. It will help you get things up and running.

@ herbsman & any other interested members.

There is a new(ish) tool that I have been playing with called VobBlanker. It does, basically, the same thing as DVDstripper but it is a LOT faster & does not need IFOEDIT. Again, this is freeware!! Geeeees there some great free tools about these days!!

Click this link if interested in downloading.

I've read that thread above to listen (or try to ,as his English-Spanish translation needs a little more work) to jsoto speak about his software.
It does show potential , but I'll leave it for a while & let the bugs be ironed out...

Thanks for thinking of us though Brian , Gracíás

Thank you Brian 100,that did the trick.
Wonder why dvd stripper don't have these files incorperated to eliminate this problem?

Pleased it sorted out your problem. I posted earlier on this thread about an app called "vobblanker", the app is obviously being developed daily but ive had great success with it (so far) and it's a doddle to use. Give both Stripper & vobblanker an equal trial.
